The Board of Directors (BD) is chaired by the IINFACTS Director, and integrates the Coordinator of the research group, the Leaders of the research lines, and the Presidents of the two CESPU teaching schools (IUCS and IPSN). The integration of the heads of teaching schools strengthens the desired research-teaching relationship and is optimal for fruitful and rapid decision making on this subject. External Advisory Committee members may attend the BD meetings as consultants.

The BD meets quarterly (and whenever necessary), defines the policy for scientific and technical activities, and oversees the everyday management with good practices of internal quality assurance systems.
